ยื่นภาษีบุคคลธรรมดา 2568 ถึงวันไหน

ปกติการยื่นภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาจะยื่นปีละ 1 ครั้ง ภายในวันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึง 31 มีนาคม ของปีถัดไป เช่น รายได้เกิดขึ้นในปี 2568 (ปีภาษี 2568) ต้องยื่นภาษีภายในวันที่ 1 ม.ค. – 31 มี.ค. 2569.

วิธีเช็คว่าเราต้องเสียภาษีไหม

1. เข้าไปที่เว็บไซต์กรมสรรพากร https://efiling. rd.go.th/rd-efiling-web/login. 2. เลือกเมนู My Tax Account ตรวจสอบข้อมูลทาง ภาษี 3. เข้าสู่ระบบให้เรียบร้อย ด้วย Digital ID (แอปพลิเคชัน ThaID, แอปพลิเคชันเป๋าตัง หรือแอปพลิเคชันธนาคาร) หรือเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย RD ID (เลขประจำตัวผู้ เสีย อากร)

แบบ ภ งด 90 กับ 91 ต่าง กัน อย่างไร

ภ.ง.ด. 91 คือ แบบ ฟอร์มที่ใช้สำหรับผู้ที่มีรายได้จากเงินเดือนเพียงอย่างเดียว (มาตรา 40(1)) โดยไม่มีรายได้อื่นเพิ่มเติม ส่วน ภ.ง.ด. 90 คือ แบบ ฟอร์มที่ใช้สำหรับผู้ที่มีรายได้จากหลายทาง เช่น เงินเดือน + รายได้จากฟรีแลนซ์ หรือจากการให้เช่าทรัพย์สิน ฯลฯ
