    ตามข้อกฎหมาย คดีความหนี้สินจะเริ่มนับอายุความตั้งแต่วันแรกที่ลูกหนี้ผิดนัดชำระหนี้ โดยต้องมีจำนวนหนี้ขั้นต่ำอยู่ที่ 2,000 บาทขึ้นไปจึงจะสามารถส่งฟ้องขอหมายศาลได้ นั่นหมายความว่า เพียงแค่จ่ายหนี้บัตรไม่ตรงตามก ...
